Lizzi

My first bouvier, Lizzie came to me in September 1990. She had lived in a puppy mill in Kansas and was rescued with over a dozen other bouviers, some her own puppies. She was emotionally scarred and had trust issues. She was not house trained and was very fearful. It was over a year before I could pet her with her flinching.

She came a long way in the eight years that she was with me. She taught me much about the bouvier and was a good teacher/companion to the dogs that came to live with us. She represented the breed well and earned the respect of many admirers.
